SEVEN MORE CONFIRMED H1N1 DEATHS

What are the guidelines set up by the ministry?

Warning signs to look out..... breathing difficulties, fever, continuous chest pain, cough with phlegm containing blood and diarrhoea.

Those with mild systoms should impose self-quarantine, wear three-ply face masks if they venture out.

Those in the high-risk category
  • Children below the age of 5
  • Senior citizens aged above 65
  • Children and teenagers under 19 year old who have been taking aspirin for a long period of time.
  • Pregnant women
  • Adults and children with chronic lung disease, dysfuntional organs, cardiovascular disease, liver problems, nerve problems, diabetes
  • Adults and children with weak immune system
  • Individuals who are obese
"PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURES" now is the time to adhere and practice it.

The people are at a loss when it strikes them or their love one. Most of them have turn to vitamin supplements to boost their immunities and worst of all, some of them had been referred to government hospitals when they visited the private clinics.
