We've been seeing more issues with this lately. We also see a rise in complaints about how people are being treated by certain pest control companies.
So, protect yourself.
My advise, "find out what happens when that situation with a pest continues to happen. What will the company do?"
Check reputations online. You can use Google to check almost everything now. Just search for the name of the company that you want to know.
Ask if the business has a guarantee and make them put it in writing. Make sure to know what will void that guaranty.
And since these companies must be licensed as per pesticide board regulation, check with pesticide boards website anda find that company's license.
You can also check with Pest Control Association of Malaysia's website anda find infomation about the company you want to use.
You can see if there have been any actions taken as well. You can also file a complaint with them.
